Danielle Lloyd bounces back from attack

Danielle Lloyd has credited her brutal nightclub attack with bringing her closer to boyfriend Jamie O'Hara.

The former 'Celebrity Big Brother' star - who almost lost a leg after allegedly been thrown into a table full of glasses by two women at London nightspot Crystal - says the Tottenham Hotspur footballer has given her huge support and helped her through the terrifying ordeal.

Danielle, who began dating the footballer earlier this year, said: "Jamie's been there through everything. He's been lovely and he's been my rock. It has brought us and all our families a lot closer together."

Danielle required emergency surgery on her leg and back after the unprovoked attack last month and says the incident has also made her wary to go out again.

Speaking at the UK premiere of 'Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen', she told BANG Showbiz: "This is the first time we've been out but we feel really safe at something like this. It will be a long time before we go properly out again and if we do we'll definitely take security or a bodyguard."

The 25-year-old model - who wore a long dress to cover her scars - says her injuries are also going to take a long time to heal.

She added: "My leg feels a lot better, I've come off my crutches and I'm walking around on it. But it will take a few months to get back to normal. I need physio and I'll have a 4-5 inch scar on my back."
