Jessica Taylor says 'Dancing on Ice' has given her the body she always dreamed of.
The sexy singer - who finished third in this year's series of the ice skating show - admits the intense routines were hard work but she loved how fit and toned they made her become.
She said: "It was very tough, but halfway through the show everyone was so fit and trim and we loved it. We spent up to four or five hours a day in really hard training."
Jessica - who is married to England cricket star Kevin Pietersen - says she is determined to keep up with the exercise as it means she can eat a lot more.
She told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "I visit the gym two or three times a week - I go on the treadmill, have a swim and do exercises on the Swiss ball. But I'd much rather exercise and eat what I want than starve myself. I absolutely love food.
"My biggest weakness is pizza. I know it's not good for me and I shouldn't eat it but I just can't help myself!"
