Dancing On Ice - John McCririck to star in new series
Tuesday, 1 April 2008
Racing pundit John McCririck has signed up to star in the next Dancing On Ice series.
McCririck will be the oldest skater to take part in the show. He is 67 and beats Aggie Mackenzie who is currently the oldest skater at 52.
He has vowed to wear his tweed jacket and deerstalker hat on the ice.
McCririck told digital spy: "The trouble with women is that they're nowhere near as reliable or as friendly as horses.
"And whoever's lucky enough to be my partner, I hope she knows how to make a decent sandwich and a good cup of tea because I don't dance well if I'm grumpy."
