Love rival Jason Grimshaw?

Jason Grimshaw and David Platt could soon become love rivals in 'Coronation Street'.
Weatherfield bad boy David is so caught up in his hate campaign against Gary Windass (Mikey North) - whom he believes is trying to get with his ex-girlfriend Tina McIntyre (Michelle Keegan) - he doesn't notice her getting close to Jason Grimshaw (Ryan Thomas).
Jack P Shepherd, who plays David, said: "David hasn't got a clue that there's a spark between those two. If Tina gets together with Jason it would be even worse than her ending up with Gary - it would be a great storyline though."
After David's latest stunt - an attempted burglary on his grandmother's house in order to frame Gary - went wrong and ended up with his grandfather, Ted, in hospital, Jack admits his character has almost completely blown his chances of ever getting back with Tina.
He added: "Tina says she never wants to speak to him again. David had just hoped to blow his love rival out of the water - but he's driven Tina further away."
David also said Jack will react badly if Jason - who has twice been married to Jack's sister Sarah - starts to date Tina.
Jack added: "I'm sure he'd hatch another plan and make Jason the target. And there is some more heartbreak around the corner for David - which means he's only going to get worse."
