Kym Marsh has had her breasts enlarged.
The 'Coronation Street' actress had the operation days before Saturday's Soap Awards (09.05.09) but decided to attend the bash anyway to support her boyfriend, 'Hollyoaks' star Jamie Lomas.

A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "Kym was complaining that her boobs were really sore. She was knocking back painkillers to stop the agony.
"They must have been giving her grief because she had to lie on her back in her hotel room with bags of ice on her chest."
The 32-year-old actress had the operation to boost her assets from a 32B to a 32D.
She said: "It was something I wanted to have done. I'm delighted with the results."
Kym and Jamie are still recovering from the tragic loss of their son, Archie, who died in February after being born 18 weeks premature, and friends have claimed Kym - who has two children from a previous relationship - decided to go under the knife to improve her confidence.
Kym is not the first soap star to opt for a breast augmentation.
'EastEnders' actress' Lacey Turner, who plays Stacey Turner, and Natalie Cassidy, who played Sonia Jackson, have previously had the operation.
