Coronation Street - Liam struggles to cope

Despite their previous closeness at the funeral, there is still clear distance between Liam (Rob James-Collier) and Maria (Samia Smith).
Liam is determined to go back to work to try and get back to normal but in doing so acts hard towards Maria and he leaves feeling guilty.
Over at the factory, Carla (Alison King) is surprised to see Liam at work.
He realises he shouldn't be there saying he needs to register his baby's death. Carla wants to go with him but Liam insists he will be fine.
Carla attempts some flirty banter but Liam is not interested. Later Liam and Maria are attempting to talk about their feelings when they are interupted by a knock and the door from Carla with a bottle of wine.
Liam is angry and slams the door in her face leaving standing hurt on the street.
Maria is shocked. But, putting his cards on the table, he confesses he did once have feelings for her - how will Maria react?
