The stars of Coronation Street descended on Manchester over the weekend to celebrate Kym Marsh's 32nd birthday party.

Kym definitely caused a stir when she arrived at 235 Casino dressed in a PVC skintight Catwowan outfit.

The former Hearsay singer couldn't stop smiling as her Coronation Street co-stars made their way into the casino.

She split with her former EastEnders actor husband Jack Ryder in March but hasn't let that get her down. She has been linked to several male celebrities including Celebrity Love Island's Lee Sharpe and Hollyoaks actor Jamie Lomas over the past few months.

She has denied any relationship but was spotted getting close to Jamie at her party.

A source told The Mirror: "Kym was having a ball. All her friends turned up and made a real effort with their costumes.

"But as soon as Jamie turned up, she only had eyes for him."

"Jamie left the party first and got a cab back to the hotel. Kym sneaked off to join him for a bit of yabba dabba doo."

Anthony Cotton, who plays barman Sean Tully in the soap, turned up dressed as a giant hotdog.

Actor Charlie Condou who plays Sean's lover, Marcus Dent, wore the best outfit of the night. He came dressed as Back to Black singer Amy Winehouse.

Michelle Keegan, who plays David Platt's girlfriend in the soap came as a sexy Robin. She was named Best Newcomer at the Soap Awards last month.

In an interview with the Sun she confessed that she would happily strip naked: "If the script was right I'd go nude for a sex scene.

"Obviously I'm not going to need to do that in Coronation Street but in the future, why not? It's not real, it's just acting, and it would be my job to do it."
