Liam Gallagher's Gordon attack

Liam Gallagher's Gordon attack

Tuesday, 3 June 2008

Oasis star Liam Gallagher attacked Gordon Ramsay's cooking on the chef's TV show.

The 'Wonderwall' singer wasn't impressed with the food Gordon served up as he dined in the London restaurant where hit Channel 4 show 'The F Word' is filmed.

He told him: "Your cooking is bobbins", referring to the cockney rhyming slang bobbins o' cotton, which means rotten.

Liam also defended wife Nicole Appleton's culinary skills when she took on Gordon in the show's cooking test.

The former All Saints singer made a starter of pasta and clams, followed by spiced pork chops with sweet potato and apple tart.

After eating both Nicole and Gordon's dishes, Liam said: "Me missus is a better f***ing cook than you! She does a better sweet potato than you do."

A spokesman for Gordon said: "He thought Liam's comments were hilarious."
