Dermot O'Leary thinks Verne Troyer has got 'Celebrity Big Brother' "in the bag".

The 35-year old star - who used to present 'Big Brother' spin-off show 'Big Brother's Little Brother' - is certain the diminutive star will triumph as he is so likeable.

Dermot told BANG Showbiz: "I think Verne's pretty much got it in the bag. The girls sort of fascinate me and amuse me and annoy me at the same time. Verne can say the most inoffensive thing, like he can ask for milk, and the girls will go, 'Yes, sure, isn't he sweet?' He's just a small guy who asked for milk. He's a nice guy, though."

Dermot added he has enjoyed watched this series of the show, and is delighted with some of the stars who are taking part.

He said: "I think the producers have really turned it around this year and they've cast it sensibly. You've got your pantomime villain with Coolio, Verne's a really good guy, you've got your boy band boy with Ben and the chemistry with the girls is really interesting. Terry Christian has been a real find as well."

Meanwhile, housemates Ben Adams and Michelle Heaton have been accused of teaming up to try to improve their public support.

Other contestants are adamant the pair are pretending to be attracted to each other in order to win votes.

They have also accused Michelle of using her problematic relationship with Coolio to her advantage, adding she deliberately cries and threatens to quit so she looks like a victim.

La Toya Jackson said: "It's all a game, she is using Coolio to win."

She added to Coolio: "Every time you say something to her, it just gives her another opportunity to cry and run to the Diary Room. She has the perfect ploy, using 'the bully'."

Terry was also annoyed with Michelle, fuming: "It's always been a ploy to have a fake romance to win the show."
