Coolio's sexist warning

'Celebrity Big Brother' bosses have warned Coolio to tone down his behaviour.

Producers of the Channel 4 show called the US rapper into the Diary Room after his cruel comments left glamour model Lucy Pinder in tears.

Show bosses are said to be doing everything they can to avoid a repeat of the row between Shilpa Shetty and Jade Goody which led to thousands of complaints from viewers in 2007.

'Gangsta's Paradise' rapper Coolio was warned about his outbursts after he incited violence toward housemate Mutya Buena.

Angrily referring to Mutya as an object, Coolio shouted: "I am going to get a hold of that and make it a point."

He then turned to Lucy and said: "Mutya? Can you hit her?"

Shocked Lucy said: "You like violence to women now?"

Coolio retorted: "Only women on women violence. Somebody beat her."

After staying awake for 24 hours as part of the group's 'Lifestyle of the Rich and Famous' task, Coolio reduced Lucy to tears by nicknaming her "Princess Lucy".

Coolio defended his behaviour, saying: "We are all tired. That is no reason for anyone to act like a little kid."

The musician later explained his behaviour is part of his plan to win, adding: "I expect to win this whole thing. I do have a strategy."

A spokesperson for the Channel 4 show said: "No female housemate has complained about his behaviour. However, as always, Big Brother is continuing to monitor the situation."
