Celeb Air - Kenzie to pull Michelle Marsh?

Tuesday, 2 September 2008

Singer Kenzie might be hoping to get close to Page 3 model Michelle Marsh during their time on Celeb Air. The former Blazin' Squad member hooked up with glamour model Jodie Marsh on Celebrity Big Brother three years ago.

Everything you need to know about Kenzie

In 2002 Kenzie and 9 other 16-year-olds, made up of 9 MCs and a DJ, released their debut single, Crossroads. Within a week Blazin' Squad had scored their first number one single.

Blazin' Squad began as two crews, Incredible Crew and Blazin' Squad, and a star (or several) was born when they joined forces in early 2000. The band's debut album In The Beginning, released in 2002, included the smash hit No.1 single Crossroads and two further top 10 singles.

In January 2005, Kenzie came second in Celebrity Big Brother. He also had an autobiography published.

Kenzie along with two other members of Blazin Squad formed a new band Friday Hill, whose first release Baby Goodbye went straight into number 5 in the UK Charts in October 2005.

Kenzie was a contestant in Sky 1's Cirque De Celebrite in October 2006.

Kenzie reveals all...

How am I feeling about taking part in CelebAir?

"I'm really looking forward to it, it should be fun. It's a good challenge and a good bit of discipline, which is just what I need. And because of the training, if the career doesn't go well in the future I can take over an airline!"

Am I excited or nervous?

"I'm excited about travelling to all the different places and getting to see a bit more of the world. I'm quite nervous about the flying because it's a nerve wracking thing anyway regardless of whether you're working or not. We'll be under a lot of pressure. But it should be fun... I'm looking forward to it."

How will I deal with awkward people?

"It's just about patience and remembering the customer's always right... and not saying what you feel!"

How am I finding the training?

"The training is unbelievably intense. One thing I will say is that I take my hat off to anyone who does this job in real life, because I didn't appreciate how hard they work and how much effort they
put in."
