Flawless performances are more expensive
Friday, 19 June 2009
'Britain's Got Talent' finalists Flawless are earning more money than the show's winners Diversity.
The north London dancer troupe were beaten in the talent show's finale last month, but are now earning £12,000 for just two routines.
All-male dancers Diversity - a similar urban dance troupe - only charge £10,000.
Flawless' manager Amelia Benoit insists they are worth £2,000 more than the winners because their choreography is better.
She said: "Flawless have a very technical act so any fees we charge reflect that."
The dancers are not the only contestants doing better the Diversity.
Runner-up Susan Boyle is charging a private appearance fee of £100,000 for singing a 12-minute set. She has also already been forecast to make £6 million from her debut album.
The 48-year-old Scottish singer's future is in doubt, however, after she was axed from another 'Britain's Got Talent' concert in Liverpool last night (18.06.09).
Susan - who spent five days in rehab after she collapsed from exhaustion following the programme's final - became distressed when aides came to pick her up from a local hotel.
As assistants desperately tried to calm her down, Susan reportedly screamed for her beloved cat Pebbles, until she was finally removed from the hotel via a fire escape.
An onlooker told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "She kept shouting, 'I want my cat! I need my Pebbles.' I think people felt sorry for her and she was clearly unhappy."
Susan's spokesman denied she asked for her cat, saying: "She's just tired. She has gone for a sleep and a bit of rest."
