Faryl Smith to win Britain's Got Talent
Friday, 30 May 2008
Faryl Smith can't believe how much her life has changed in the last few months.
The talented schoolgirl is so glad she plucked up the courage to audition for Britain's Got Talent.
Simon Cowell was so impressed with Faryl's performance of the Westlife song Angel that he told her: "Anyone hearing you for the first time tonight should remember this occasion because you have the most incredible future ahead of you.
"You're super talented."
He added: "When you enter a competition like this, you pray to find someone like you. You are literally one in a million."
The 12-year-old couldn't stop smiling once Ant and Dec told her she had won the viewers vote.
When she was asked how it felt to win the semi-final she replied: "It's absolutely amazing."
Her proud dad couldn't stop the tears rolling down his cheeks. He cries everytime he hears her sing.
