Britain's Got Talent - Strike

Britain's Got Talent - Strike need your help

Tuesday, 6 May 2008

Strike have asked their fans to support them during the semi-finals of Britain's Got Talent.

Danny Ball and Liam loved the response they got after their first audition but want to go all the way.

They would love to perform their martial arts act at the Royal Variety.

Danny is from Doncaster and Liam is from Sheffield.

They told their local paper: "All the attention we're getting has come as a bit of surprise but I've got to be honest we're still enjoying it.

"It's a bit weird being recognised in the street but it's fun too."

Liam added: "We've had a lot of attention from girls, which is always nice.

"I think we've got a chance at getting through to the semi-finals of the show – our act is a bit different so we're definitely in with a shout."

Danny works at Armthorpe's Premier martial arts school. His boss and manager has decided to speak out to show his support.

Stuart Wilks revealed: "When I first started teaching Danny, when he was 12, he was just an average kid.

"The reason he's done so well is all down to his hard work and I know that's true of Liam as well."
