Britain's Got Talent - Simon Cowell loves Faryl Smith
Monday, 12 May 2008
Simon Cowell thinks Faryl Smith could win Britain's Got Talent.
Simon was so impressed with Faryl that he has arranged special singing lessons to help her prepare for the semi-finals.
She has been hooked up with X Factor singing coach Yvie Burnett.
Faryl told The Sun: "After my audition the producers rang and said Simon said it would be great if I could get even better.
"I've been to her twice. She's really nice."
Faryl has also received tips from Katherine Jenkins in the past.
She won a singing competition in Wales two years ago.
Faryl explains: "Katherine's PR heard me and couldn't believe my voice so he arranged for me to meet her.
"She gave me lots of tips and told me to try and enter competitions with kids so I didn't feel like the only one singing like I do. I would love to be like Katherine Jenkins."
Faryl's biggest competitor is Andrew Johnston. He also sings classical music.
