Freddie and Sophia are the first 'Big Brother' housemates to be nominated for eviction.
The posh Oxford graduate and the short Lupus sufferer both received six votes as all the contestants secretly voted who they wanted to get rid of.
Freddie - who was forced by Big Brother to officially change his name to Halfwit to earn his place in the house - angered his fellow housemates by using almost all of the house's food supplies in a single cooking session. Meanwhile Sophia, 26, has been at the centre of a number of arguments, notably a run in with Saffia - who she has admitted to avoiding - earlier this week.
A house insider said: "It was a huge mistake for Halfwit to use up all the food like that.
"Those who didn't know who to choose were handed an easy target.
"Sophia was always going to be up. She's the only one who has caused a few problems so far."
The pair will go head-to-head in Friday's (12.06.09) eviction show.
Although Freddie, 23, and Sophia are the first housemates to be nominated for eviction, Beinazir became the first person to be evicted from the house on Sunday (07.06.09).
The study support assistant - who was one of six contestants who had failed to qualify as a housemate by completing a personal challenge set by Big Brother - was ejected after just three days in the on the reality TV show after losing a phone vote.
