It looks like Amy Winehouse could be trying to take on a new identity by changing her name.
Rumour has it that she no longer wants to be called Amy Winehouse and instead wants to be known as Mrs Amy Civil.

Last night she appeared to be wearing tags around her wrist with her new name written on them.
She was escorted to a waiting car with several security guards but it is not known where she was heading.
At least the name change could be a comfort to her hubby Blake who hasn't seen the Back to Black singer for several weeks.
People had thought that Amy had given Blake the boot but in taking his surname she could be showing that she is still loyal to her husband of eighteen months.
He has to stay in rehab for a few months yet before he can return home.
Maybe Amy wants a new name to match her new start as she turns her back on drugs...
