Former America's Next Top Model winner Jaslene Gonzalez was turned away from Snoop Dogg's album release party, despite posing outside.
Jaslene - who won cycle eight of the Tyra Banks-hosted show and has previously represented the Cover Girl brand - "posed and strutted" outside the party, but was not allowed to cross the velvet rope, TMZ reported.
Sporting a pink and black plaid dress, the model was photographed with fans before she was seen begging bouncers to let her in the nightclub for the launch of the Ego Trippin' album.
According to celebrity news site Whudat, the party took place at Club Touch in New York City.
Although Jaslene was not on the guest list, Anthony Anderson and Kandi from Xscape were in attendance, as well as Jermaine Dupri.
Jaslene's publicist, Lizzie Grubman, said she was confused by the situation.
She told TMZ: "Why wouldn't they let a beautiful supermodel in - it's news to me!"
Jaslene, now 21, was originally selected for the seventh cycle of America's Next Top Model, but was given the boot during the show's semi final.
She returned to win the eighth series of the show and is now represented by Elite Models.
