A Christmas poem
Thursday, 31 May 2007
Words just can't express what this Christmas meant to our family so I had a go at writing a poem.
Our Christmases before have been dismal and poor,
So we made a choice to give Park a call,
They sent us a book, a welcome pack too,
It was just so easy to do.
We paid each week, til it was through,
Then all of a sudden, winter was here,
The delivery van came, left us our boxes.
We opened them up and gazed and stared,
With tears in our eyes and smiles inside,
For the first time we welcomed Christmas inside.
Thank you Park for making this Christmas special and helping us to give our three children what they want. It meant the world to us.
