Snow Patrol are to play four cities in two days.
The 'Chocolate' hitmakers are planning a whirlwind tour of the UK capitals in support of their forthcoming single 'Take Back The City'
The band start out at The Gate Theatre in Dublin at lunchtime on October 26, before moving on to Belfast Empire that evening.
The following day, they play the Edinburgh Assembly Rooms, before finishing the tour at London's Bloomsbury Theatre.
Tickets for the intimate shows are available for sale through the band's mailing list, and will be allocated via a draw.
Ticket holders will also receive a live CD containing highlights of the shows. They will receive the artwork at the concert and be given details of how to download the music the following day.
The band have also teamed up with local schools, who are being asked to draw pictures depicting their new album's title, 'A Hundred Million Suns', which will be displayed in the venues' entrance lobbies.
'A Hundred Million Suns' is released on October 24.
