Matt Damon Bourne again
Monday, 20 October 2008
Matt Damon is to star in a fourth 'Bourne' movie.
The 'Good Will Hunting' star is reportedly set to return to the role of the amnesiac spy Jason Bourne, with director Paul Greengrass again at the helm.
George Nolfi - who co-wrote the most recent movie in the action-packed spy series, 'The Bourne Ultimatum' - has been hired to pen the next film.
The new movie is set to be an original story unrelated to the trilogy of novels by Robert Ludlum, on which the first three were based, or any of the sequels by Eric Van Lustbader.
Matt said earlier this year: "We're all for doing a fourth movie but it means coming up with a good story."
Paul added: "We love it, but none of us would want to go again unless we're sure there's a worthwhile film."
An original video game 'The Bourne Conspiracy' was released earlier this year.
As well as 'The Bourne Ultimatum', Matt has previously played the lead character in 'The Bourne Identity' and 'The Bourne Supremacy'.
