Seth Rogen's cancer comic

Seth Rogen is to appear in a medical comedy.
The 'Superbad' actor has signed up to produce and appear in 'I'm With Cancer', which follows the experiences of a man with the deadly disease.
The movie has been written by Will Reiser, an American TV producer who was stricken by cancer in his twenties and is a largely autobiographical account of his battle to beat the disease.
It is not been made clear which role Seth will be taking on, though it is unlikely to be the main character as he is currently busy working on superhero film 'The Green Hornet'.
Mandate Pictures is to make the comedy with no director appointed as yet.
Seth is producing along with regular collaborator Evan Goldberg and 'The Daily Show' writer/producer Ben Karlin.
