Blur to tour Europe?
Monday, 3 August 2009
Graham Coxon insists Blur will perform together again.
The group's frontman Damon Albarn recently insisted the 'Tender' hitmakers would not be embarking on any more live shows because he didn't want to "ruin" their recent UK comeback concerts, but the guitarist insists their European fans will still get the opportunity to see them play.
Graham told XFM News: "We're talking about doing some more shows abroad. I'm not sure how much I'm allowed to say about it, but we're definitely talking about it."
Graham - who said last week that he hoped the band would make another album - also admitted he had been having discussions with Damon about penning new material but insisted they have no definite plans.
He added: "I think I said that would be quite good fun. That's as far as it's gone. We didn't bother really talking about it, we were just having a good time."
