50 Cent travels with an entourage which costs over £30,000 a day.
Although the US rapper - real name Curtis Jackson - agreed to appear in low budget British film 'Dead Man Running' for free, he asked for the costs of his entourage to be covered.
According to actor Danny Dyer - who also stars in the film - this came to quite a considerable sum for the low budget movie.
Danny, 31, said: "50 Cent was good. Three days we had him and it cost £100,000. He turned up with about 40 f**king people and they were horrible. He was nice, it was just the people around him."
The budget for 'Dead Man Running' is reportedly around £3.5 million - a big difference from 50's debut film as an actor, 2005s 'Get Rich or Die Tryin" which had a budget of £27 million.
In 'Dead Man Running' 50 plays an underworld leader, Thigo, who gives Danny Dyer's character, Bing, 24 hours to repay his debts to him or he will become a 'dead man running', or a marked man.
'Dead Man Running' is set for release in November in the UK.
50 will also star in the film 'Before I Self Destruct' which will also be released this year.
