Victoria Beckham's Spice advice

Victoria Beckham has been advising Mel B on her new solo album.
Mel, who recently admitted she had little in common with her Spice Girls bandmates, has denied rumours of a rift between her and Victoria - insisting they are still close.
She said: "Victoria was the first one to hear my new album. She gave me some great advice. We will always be the best of friends despite people trying to make us fall out. We are cool."
The 33-year-old singer also revealed she is considering opening a chain of gyms in the US and may ask Victoria's husband, soccer star David Beckham, to get involved in the project.
Mel, who married Stephen Belafonte in a secret ceremony last year, dismissed claims Victoria won't be attending the renewal of her wedding vows in Egypt later this year.
She added: "We are friends and she is invited to my wedding. This is all so silly."
