RenĂ©e Zellweger´s stress diet

Renée Zellweger´s thin through stress

Tuesday, 11 December 2007

Renée Zellweger claims her stressful life keeps her thin.

The super-slim star - who had to pile on the pounds for the hit 'Bridget Jones' movies - likes to hit it hard in the gym to forget about her worries and upcoming roles.

Renée told BANG Showbiz: "I don't have a fitness regime, just a lifestyle. I keep my sanity by going to the gym to work out the weirdness of my days."

Although the 38-year-old actress is famed for her thin frame, she insists she still has curves in all the right places.

She said: "I don't think my curves are absent. I think I'm doing alright, thank you very much!"

Renée, 38, bulked up to play hapless Bridget in the two movies by gorging herself on a calorific diet of doughnuts and junk food, an eating plan which she thoroughly enjoyed.

She previously said: "I loved it! I got to eat loads of my favourite foods and I was happy to look a little more voluptuous."
