Paul McCartney's love tour
Wednesday, 20 August 2008
Sir Paul McCartney has invited his new girlfriend to join him on tour.
The former Beatle was set to embark on his run of concerts alone, but after enjoying a recent road trip around America with Nancy Shevell, he has now asked her to travel around the world with him.

A source told Britain's Daily Express newspaper: "Paul is excited about going on tour. Initially he wanted to go it alone with just his band and road crew with family flying out every now and again but now he wants Nancy to be with him all the way.
"He says he had the time of his life on the road trip with Nancy. I think it really sealed things for him. He enjoys her company so much."
Paul and Nancy cut short their holiday last week so the 66-year-old singer could fly back to the UK to visit his daughter Mary, who has just given birth to her third son. He was accompanied by his 47-year-old partner.
Paul is set to play concerts in the UK, America, Canada and Australia later this year.
