Friday, 18 July 2008
Nicole Kidman can't stop staring at her new daughter.
The 'Moulin Rouge!' actress and husband Keith Urban - who welcomed Sunday Rose, their first child together, into the world last week - are thrilled with their new arrival.
She said: "We are in heaven. We can't stop staring at her in complete awe. We are feeling incredibly blessed to have been given this precious little angel."
Keith, 40, has also expressed his delight about his newborn daughter.
In a message to his fans, Keith said: "Like any of you who are parents yourselves, we're experiencing the pure bliss of welcoming her into our lives. We're all doing superbly well and we continue to be absolutely overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and well wishes we are receiving.
"I can't wait for my first show as a father!"
Meanwhile, the couple have confirmed they will not be selling photographs of Sunday Rose after turning down several lucrative offers.
Nicole's representative said: "A number of publications called to offer money, but she never considered it."
