Myleene Klass "punched" Ricky Gervais after he told her she was too nice.
The TV presenter - who met 'The Office' comedian at the BAFTAs earlier this month - decided to prove to him she wasn't a pushover when he accused her of being constantly friendly.
She told Britain's Daily Telegraph newspaper: "I met Ricky Gervais on the red carpet at the BAFTAs. I said, 'You have four BAFTAs don't you?' and his reply was, 'Actually, I have seven. Now, Klass, I think you should stop being so nice all the time. I think you should get into more fights.'
"It irritated me so much that I just snapped and mock punched him like some character from his TV show 'Extras'. What's so wrong with being nice?"
The 29-year-old star, who has a six-month-old daughter Ava with fiancé Graham Quinn, also revealed she feels very fortunate to have such a successful career and a family life.
Myleene said: "I feel incredibly lucky that I have managed to get this life of things that I could never have dreamed of doing. That sounds like a cheesy song lyric, but it's true.
"I've been to the Vatican and I got to steal Papal loo paper. I've jumped out of a helicopter and I'm about to go to the Oscars and meet Johnny Depp. It's fantastic!"
