Madonna will not divorce Guy Ritchie

Pop superstar Madonna has rubbished reports she is set to divorce film director husband Guy Ritchie following weeks of speculation the pair are set to split.
Madonna fuelled such rumours by appearing in public in New York without her wedding ring earlier this week and we were all left guessing again when Ritchie flew to New York on Monday for alleged “crisis talks”.
But the Like A Virgin singer’s publicist Liz Rosenberg has drawn a line under the divorce rumours, telling People.com: " There are no plans for Madonna and Guy to divorce.
“Madonna's husband Guy arrived in New York last night to be with his wife and family (not in a last ditch attempt to save his marriage which does not need saving). "
Rosenberg was also quick to dismiss reports that Madonna is engaging in a secret affair with New York Yankees baseball star Alex Rodriguez.
She added: " They have met. Madonna and Alex have the same manager, Guy Oseary.
“They know each other and Madonna took her kids to a Yankees game last week.
“There's really not anything to comment on beyond that."
"It's nothing new that people are airing tons of dirty laundry Madonna's way lately - much of it untrue."
