Lohan's lesbian love gets family approval

Lindsay Lohan IS in a relationship with lesbian Samantha Ronson according to family insider Daisy Lowe.

Samantha's famous DJ brother Mark Ronson has given his blessing to their relationship and reportedly wishes them all the best.

The Labor Pains actress and DJ Samantha have been caught cuddling and kissing several times but have so far refused to reveal if they are having a lesbian affair.

Last week it was reported that Lindsay had been given a $22,000 "commitment" ring by Samantha. The young star was taken shopping by the DJ to celebrate her 22nd birthday and was thrilled when Sam splashed out on the stunning piece of jewellery.

A source told The Mirror: "It's not an engagement ring - simply a token of her commitment. Lindsay is thrilled and she and Sam are very content."

Mark's girlfriend Daisy Lowe has decided to set the record straight. She told The Sun: "I met Sam and Lindsay for the first time during the weekend before the Coachella festival.

"Sam is an amazing girl. The four of us had a brilliant time - a real laugh. Lindsay is really down to earth. Her and Sam make a lovely couple - they seem really happy.

"Their relationship is totally genuine. And they're just so sweet together. "Mark totally approves. But we're not going to double-date again - I mean, would you go on a date with your brother?

"It's just a bit weird and anyway they live in LA, so it's kinda difficult. But I'd definitely love to see them again."

This isn't the first time Lindsay and Samantha have been on a double date. Last month they took LDN singer Lily Allen and her friend out for a meal.

19-year-old Daisy is thirteen years younger than her boyfriend of four months Mark Ronson. She has recently moved to New York for her modelling career.

She told The Daily Mail: "I've never been happier. And I love my new life in New York. I've got some top secret projects lined up over in the States."
