Kerry Katona on This Morning: slurring words and getting annoyed

Kerry Katona shocked telly viewers today when she slurred her way through an interview with Philip Schofield and Fern Britton on ITV's This Morning and got angry when they asked her probing questions about her life.
When asked if she was ok, the ex-Atomic Kitten singer - who has previously battled cocaine addiction - blamed her erratic speech on taking prescription drugs to help her get to sleep the previous night.
And when pressed on a magazine interview in which Kerry mentioned that she drank a lot during a photoshoot in Spain, the 28 year-old appeared confused and asked Fern and Phil if they were implying she was an alcoholic.
Fern said: "I'm going to be frank with you here, a lot of people say when you have an addictive personality and you get rid of one addiction it's replaced with another.'
Kerry replied: "What addiction would that be?" Fern asked: "Is it alcohol?"
A defensive Kerry said: "No not at all. I was on holiday in Spain, I'm allowed to have a drink aren't I. Does that mean I'm an alcoholic?
"I thought you were trying to imply that I'm an alcoholic now."
And when Phil told her she had changed from the girl he used to know, the mum-of-four huffed and looked very annoyed.
This continued when, as Fern wrapped up the interview, thanking Katona for answering their questions and apologising if she felt put on the spot, Kerry said "Yeah thanks" and pulled a face.
The Daily Mail report a source close to the mother of four as saying: "She'd obviously had a lot to drink and for her to be drunk on national television in the morning is absolutely horrendous.
"She's breaking all the rules at the moment. She's bankrupt, drinking heavily and not taking her medication for bipolar disorder.
"On top of that, she's not listening to anyone around her. Her handlers have been working night and day to try and repair her image but she's gone and thrown it all away by acting so erratically."
Katona recently hit the headlines after she underwent £15,000 worth of plastic surgery to regain her pre-pregnancy figure.
