Peter Andre's 'divorce dossier'

Peter Andre is compiling a 'divorce dossier' against his estranged wife Katie Price.

The 'Mysterious Girl' singer is reportedly gathering evidence against glamour model Katie to increase his chances of gaining custody of the three children they raise - Harvey, seven, Junior, four, and Princess Tiaamii, who will be two on Monday (29.06.09).

The couple are set for a bitter divorce battle, which it is believed will play out in the family courts in forthcoming weeks.

Peter is said to be angry over Katie's wild week of partying in Ibiza last week - which began just a month after their split - while he took the children on a low-key break to see his family in Cyprus.

After Peter, 36, returned to the UK on Wednesday (24.06.09) the couple's kids were picked up at the airport and taken to Katie's home in Woldingham, Surrey.

A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "Pete's seething that he had to give the children back. After everything he's seen her get up to in the last week, he feels they should stay with him.

"It's even harder for him not to be able to talk to Katie and tell her what the kids have been doing, and what their needs are."

Katie, 31, came under further criticism for leaving her children with a nanny hours after seeing them for the first time in over a week, as she went for a private horse riding lesson.

A source told Britain's Daily Star newspaper: "She's just returned from a wild week in Ibiza. You'd think she would be bending over backwards to play the stay-at-home mother."

Later on Wednesday Katie returned home to the children, and attended a parent's day at Harvey's school yesterday evening (25.06.09).

A spokesperson for the star said: "Katie's feeling quite tired at the moment and she just wants to relax at home with the kids."
