Kanye West has just been released from jail on a $20,000 bail after being arrested for allegedly smashing the camera of a photographer at LAX yesterday.
The hip hop superstar and his road manager were waiting to board a flight to Honolulu when a TMZ photographer tried to take a picture of West.
They were all in a public area of the airport's terminal where media are permitted to take photographs.
But the duo were not too happy and reportedly smashed the photographer's equipment to the ground.
A Los Angeles airport spokesperson said that camera equipment worth more than almost £6,000 was broken during the fracas.
Kanye West's representatives are yet to issue a statement regarding the arrest.
A Los Angeles District Attorney's office spokesperson added: "We will wait for the police to complete their investigation."
