Jade Goody's life mapped out in the Diary Room

Jade Goody must be the only person in the world whose top life-changing moments have been captured on camera.

First it was her discovery, back on Big Brother 3 in the summer 2002.

The now-infamous kebab-stripping episode and the constant barrage of idiotic utterances from Goody's lips led to her being embraced by the UK.

"Rio De Janeiro, ain't that a person" and "East Anglia? That's abroad!" were some of her more memorable one-liners.

But Despite not winning the show, Jade went on to become the most successful housemate ever to appear on Big Brother, opening a beauty salon, making fitness DVDs, writing her autobiography and launching ranges of perfume.

She enjoyed five years of success, becoming a multi-millionaire and having two children along the way.

Then came the opportunity to appear in Celebrity Big Brother in January 2007.

It was Jade's chance to be thrust in front of the cameras again, but this time, as a celebrity in her own right.

But it didn't quite go as planned when Jade teamed up with model Danielle Lloyd and former S Club 7 singer Jo O'Meara to bully Indian housemate Shilpa Shetty.

Jade's alleged racist bullying towards Shetty saw Ofcom receive almost 50,000 complaints and led to a global outrage - with effigies of Goody being set alight on the streets of India.

Weeks of apologietic TV interviews and even a begging-trip to India followed as Jade tried to save her career and convince the world she wasn't a racist.

And she didn't do too bad a job, landing another perfume contract early in 2008 before being given the perfect chance to show her Indian doubters the real Jade - on Celebrity Big Brother India.

But disaster struck just two days into the show when Jade received the devastating news - in the Diary Room - that she has cancer.

Sobbing to housemates she had suffered some 'bad news', Jade left the house to return to the UK for treatment.

Only time may tell if the Diary Room has a further part to play in Jade's topsy turvy life.
