Jade Goody's cancer caught in 'nick of time'

Reality TV star Jade Goody has revealed she has a ray of hope in her cancer battle after doctors told her they'd caught it in the "nick of time".
Jade is currently recovering in hospital following an eight-hour hysterectomy, during which doctors discovered the cancer had spread.
This left Jade devastated and understandably fearing the worst.
She learned this would slash her chances of recovery to just over 50 per cent.
But a friend of Jade's told the Sun: "Her chances are way higher because they have nipped it in the bud. Now the op is out of the way it’s a real boost for her and she’s so much more hopeful.
"Yes, she will have to deal with more chemo and radiotherapy but she’s strong and will be able to deal with it.
"She’s been enjoying visits from her family. Her boys have put a real smile on her face.”
Jade, meanwhile, is remaining determined. She earlier told reporters: "There’s no chance of me dying because I won’t let there be. I have to see my kids growing up.
"I am lucky because there are some women that haven’t been able to have children and then have to go through what I’m going through."
The 27 year-old will remain under observation at London’s Royal Marsden Hospital for the next two weeks.
