We were all stunned when we found out that Jade Goody's cervical cancer has spread.
The former Big Brother contestant will have a real fight on her hands if she wants to beat the disease.
Her fans are praying that the intensive chemotherapy she will be having in the next six months will rid her of all the cancer.
She is keeping her problems a secret from her sons because she doesn't want to worry them.
According to The Sun, doctors have told Jade that the cancer appears to have spread to the sac around her abdominal organs.
It looks like she will be losing her hair too.
The Sun source revealed: "She had hoped that she would not lose all her hair.
"But now she has been told that she will definitely lose it all because the chemo will be much stronger. She's really, really upset.
"Jade is really worried that she will feel so ill and weak that she won't be able to look after the boys or do anything."
