Jade Goody is preparing to radically change her life.
Jade is determined to win her 50/50 cancer battle and start a new life with her two sons and boyfriend Jack Tweedy.
Having cancer has made Jade appreciate her family and friends even more as she knows that her time might be limited.
It is thought that her sons Bobby and Freddie could soon be pageboys at a very special wedding.
Although Jack Tweedy is currently in prison it is thought they might get married once he is released.
Jade told New! magazine: "I love him and he loves me, and we keep going back to each other. I met him when he was eighteen. He was a boy. He's grown up a lot.
"I'd say he's my soulmate. We've spoken about things in the past, like how he'd like to propose - like people do when they're together.
She added: "It was reported that he proposed in prison, but God, he
would never do that! He has got some class!
"He had a little plan the other day and said it on the phone. I was like, 'Aw, that's nice!' Then he said, 'But I've spoilt it now, so I can't do that!'"
