Should Gwyneth Paltrow be afraid?

Gwyneth Paltrow might have two children by Coldplay frontman Chris Martin but that didn't stop him joking about dating another girl.

Chris Martin was at the Q Awards 2008 yesterday afternoon and collected two awards.

Coldplay won the Best Album award for Viva La Vida and the Best Act In The World Today Award.

When collecting the Best Act In The World Today Award Chris joked that he still had a bit of a soft spot for Cerys Matthews.

He said: "About eight years ago we supported Catatonia and you let me hold your cigarette.

"I thought 'maybe there is a chance'."

Cerys smiled and told him: "There is a chance!"

Chris and Cerys would certainly be an odd couple but as he is happily married it doesn't look like they will be hooking up anytime soon.

He had a fun time at the awards and when a reporter asked him what was next for the band he joked: " Opening a restaurant and a couple of farms."
