Beckhams beware sons' kidnap threat

David and Victoria Beckham have bolstered their already-ample security after an allegedly spate of kidnap threats.
The megastar couple and their three sons Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz are already monitored by a bevy of bodyguards but have hired even more to watch over them.
This follows police warnings about kidnappers targeting high profile children.
Only yesterday David was photographed picking the kids up from their LA school in his Rolls Royce Phantom car.
But he wasn't alone. The England star was being followed by two blacked out 4x4's full of burly bouncers.
Such security convoys are said by police to be a necessary deterrent to would be kidnappers thinking of targeting the children of the rich and famous.
A Daily Star source told the paper the Beckhams had stepped up security following "chilling new warnings".
The family is no stranger to kidnap attempts.
Their nine year-old son Brooklyn was allegedly the target of a kidnap plot in 2002.
But now his brothers Romeo, six, and Cruz, three are on the scene, the Beckhams are more aware of the need to protect them at all times.
