Cheryl Cole has a shoe fetish.
The Girls Aloud star claims the best thing about being in the British girl group is the variety of glamorous footwear she gets to wear.
She said: "The great stuff is dressing up. I've suddenly developed this thing for shoes that I never had."
Despite her new found obsession with shoes, Cheryl doesn't consider herself a style icon and believes people put too much emphasis on fashion.
She added: "It's better to go with your body shape than going for something a supermodel would wear. I think people take the importance of fashion a bit too far. People can wear what they want, when they want."
Last month, Cheryl revealed she wants to have a baby.
The 25-year-old star - whose husband is England soccer star Ashley Cole - is ready to focus less on her career so she can start a family.
She said: "I am having thoughts about having children. Me and the girls have been working non-stop and there will come a time when you have to prioritise things but I'm just focused on what I'm doing with the girls right now."
