Cheryl Cole doesn't think her life will be complete without children.
The Girls Aloud beauty - who is married to soccer star Ashley - is desperate to become a mother as she thinks it will complete them as a couple.
She said: "Having kids is definitely a big part of what I want to do because I don't think it would be the same if we didn't have kids.
"I think you either want to have a family or you don't and I really, really do."
Cheryl - who was left devastated after her spouse reportedly cheated on her last year - has also admitted Ashley was worried she would say no when he asked her to marry him in 2005.
The 25-year-old singer revealed: "The proposal was very romantic. But I suppose if you're going to do it, you may as well do it properly - and he did, in Dubai! He was actually really scared asking me because, at the end of the day, you may know that someone loves you, but there's never a guarantee what the answer is going to be to that question! So yeah, he was really nervous!"
