Ashley Cole gets advice from Ian Wright

Football star Ian Wright has offered his support to Ashley Cole.
Ian Wright is a columnist for The Sun and was recently a Big Brother Hijacker. During his time as an Arsenal player he cheated on his wife.
He has left a message for Ashley Cole in today's The Sun newspaper.
Two weeks ago Ashley was named a love cheat by The Sun after he cheated on his wife Cheryl.
Ian Wright tells Ashley in his Sun message that he knows what he's going through. Ian hopes that if Ashley and Cheryl decide to split that they will be friends after time. Ian is still paying the price for what he did to his wife eleven years after his affair.
Ian told The Sun: "I've had some dark and lonely nights crying.
"People thought I was a w****r and in some respects, they were right.
"It is hard when you look in the mirror and you don't like what you see.
"So, Ashley has to be strong and try and get through this."
