Cameron Diaz thinks people should admit to being happy.
Cameron thinks that no one has a perfect life but people should still be happy with what they've got.
She told OK!: "I think sometimes people are afraid to say that they're happy — they feel guilty about it.
"My life isn't perfect. I have my struggles; everybody does. But I want to appreciate all of the amazing things in my life.
"People should have the right to be happy.
Cameron thinks going on day trips can lift your mood. She enjoys going to Las Vegas when she has time off.
She says: "I loooooove Vegas.
"It's such an easy trip from L.A., and there's always a hotel room because there's about a billion of them — but honestly, you don't even really need one if you're just going for the weekend!"
