Britney Spears needs her fans to vote for her if she is to win the Best Celebrity Mum award.
We all know that Britney has turned her life around in the last year and is a great mum to Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Britney is currently in the lead with 43% but Christina Aguilera is catching her up with 32% of the vote.
Angelina Jolie is in third place with Jade Goody in fourth.
Katie Holmes is next with 5% of the vote.
Madonna is in last place.
