Billie Piper's Call Girl decision

Billie Piper has signed up to star in a third series of her hit TV show 'The Secret Diary of a Call Girl'.
The 25-year-old actress - who is rumoured to be pregnant with her first child with husband Laurence Fox - has made the decision to reprise her role as high-class London call girl Belle de Jour in the show, which will start shooting its third series just weeks after she is scheduled to give birth at the end of the year.
A source close to the actress said: "Billie clearly isn't going to be a stay-at-home mother. She has already signed up for another series of 'The Secret Diary of a Call Girl' and there are other work offers that she is considering."
The third series of the show is expected to start shooting in early 2009.
Meanwhile, it was recently reported Billie had requested a body double for the sex scenes in the raunchy show, to hide her ever-expanding baby bump.
A TV insider said: "This was a mutual decision. The double won't be used all the time, only when they have to, for example, for any nude scenes."
Billie and Laurence have yet to confirm the happy news.
