Avril Lavigne has revealed all in an interview for Maxim magazine.
Avril has joined a whole host of celebrities who have spoken out about the treatment of Britney in the press.
Avril told Maxim magazine: "No one else has it as hard as Britney,
"I feel bad for her. How does she even think with all those flashbulbs? When I'm being followed, everything's thrown off. They run red lights. They cause accidents. She can't even walk to her car. F---ing stalkers."
Avril added: "Remember in high school when people would start fake rumors about you?
Well, this isn't high school. It's like, the entire world."
