Brad Pitt is concerned for Angelina Jolie after scare

Brad Pitt is taking care of Angelina Jolie after she was diagnosed with gestational diabetes.

Brad is hoping Angelina won't end up with Type 2 diabetes which can cause complications during pregnancy.

A source told Star magazine: "She found out about a month ago and has been trying to keep it under wraps.

"She's sick and irritable and feels heavy and weak."

It is thought Brad is helping to look after their four children so Angelina can rest.

Her feet and legs have swelled up and she's seeking professional help.

The source added: "She's been seeing a nutritionist about it."
