Amy Winehouse turns her back on sentenced Blake

Amy Winehouse refused to attend court today to see her husband Blake Fielder-Civil get sentenced and many people are wondering why...
Blake was sentenced to 27 months in prison for perverting the course of justice after he beat up a pub landlord. He had tried to pay-off victim King with £200,000 of Amy's money. King refused to drop the charges and leave the country.
According to The Sun, Judge David Radford told Blake that he had behaved in a "gratuitous cowardly and disgraceful" way.
Last night Amy was out partying until 5am.
A source told The Daily Star: "Amy was behaving very erratically again, the strain of Blake and the court case was clearly on her mind.
"She looked dirty and unkempt, before eventually rolling home with a bunch of flowers.
"It didn't look like the actions of a woman about to pull herself out of her drugs hell anytime soon."
Yesterday her spokesperson had insisted that Amy WOULD be in court...what went wrong?
The Back to Black singer had been rumoured to be throwing a party for Blake: "They don't want to tempt fate. Nothing is definite yet. It's not like they've planned a huge party, but Amy plans to be at court to support him."
