Earlier this week, it was thought that New Moon actor Peter Facinelli had joined Team Jacob but now it seems he isn't a Jacob supporter at all.

Taylor's fans had seen some messages on Peter's twitter page and thought that Peter was saying that he was on Taylor's side.

Peter has now posted the message: "There's been some confusion. The Team Jacob was a RT-retweet from someone else.

"I am and always will be Team Edward. Sorry. I know, Nepotism."

Poor Taylor! At least he can expect more fans when New Moon hits cinemas in November.
